I sort of fused these two recipes: here and here. Then, I did a hit and run with about 1 1/2 cups of cooked elbow macaroni which may sound strange, but most of the time the soup is The Meal so I try to make it as "meaty" as possible. And don’t forget the culinary cream on top!
